The boom provides 12.8m work height (10.8m bucket floor) and up to 7.4m horizontal reach. The end mounted full size 2-man bucket has a SWL of 200kg and a 180 degree swivel.
The DHT105 outriggers go straight down rather than the traditional H Type which extend out either side of the truck. This enables the operator to set up within its own footprint with no part of the truck or boom intruding into the traffic lane for example. The straight telescopic boom has zero tail swing and is programmed to avoid contacting any parts of the truck or handrails. Rear bucket stow provides a low travel height and safer bucket access and faster access to the job directly out from the rear.
